hamburger vegetable soup

1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
4 cups beef stock ( I used some homemade chicken stock, too)
14 oz can tomato soup
14 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp worschestershire or however you spell it
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
3-4 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat with onion and garlic, drain fat. Add broth, both cans of tomatoes, all seasoning. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add veggies, simmer 15 minutes.
