Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can biscuit dough
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef:
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit dough piece. Place a spoonful of beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella in the center. Fold the dough over to form a ball and seal the edges.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bombs on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve:
Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
