GARLIC CHICKEN FRIED RICE

This Tremendous Garlic Chicken Fried Rice is packed with bold flavors! Loaded with juicy chicken, tender rice, and plenty of garlic, it’s a delicious one-pan meal that’s both quick and satisfying.

Ingredients:😋😋
2 cups cooked white rice, cooled
1 lb chicken breast, diced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:😋😋
Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the remaining sesame oil to the skillet along with the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the frozen peas and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice and chicken back to the skillet. Drizzle with soy sauce and stir to combine.
Toss everything together and cook for 3-4 minutes, letting the rice get slightly crispy.
Top with sliced green onions before serving.
Helpful Tips:
Use cold, day-old rice for better texture.
Add extra soy sauce or chili sauce for more flavor.
