Double Crunchy Chicken Breast with Honey Glaze


• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon olive oil


. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
