Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

1 pound frozen meatballs (about 36 meatballs)
24 ounces (680g) pasta sauce
16 ounces (454g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (10g) chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Grease a
23x33cm (9×13 inch) baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Spread into an even layer.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.
5. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The casserole will firm up slightly as it cools.
6. Serve warm directly from the baking dish alongside crusty bread, a salad, or steamed vegetables.
