8 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp horseradish sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt, more to taste
1/2 tsp fresh thyme
3 tsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh chives

Add lemon to a saucepan over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until lemon juice reduces. Add in pepper flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, pepper, Dijon, horseradish. Add more red pepper flakes if you want it spicier.

Reduce heat to low. You don’t want the sauce to reach a boil. Add butter in one tbsp at a time, whisking continuously. Stir in thyme, parsley, chives and salt.

Serve over steak, seafood, veggies, etc.
