**Ingredients :**
– 4 boneless pork chops
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large beaten eggs
– 2 cups of bread crumbs
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– For the mushroom sauce:
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 2 cloves of chopped garlic
– 2 cups sliced ​​mushrooms
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Directions:**
1. Place pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until about 1/4 inch thick.
2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
