Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Rice

INGREDIENTS:

Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Rice
– 4 pieces of chicken breasts
– 4 tablespoons garlic butter
– 1 cup rice
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Melt the garlic butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the rice and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and combine with the rice.
8. Serve the garlic butter chicken on top of the Parmesan rice, garnished with parsley. Enjoy!
