Cranberry, Thyme, and Pistachio Baked Camembert
Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 wheel of Camembert cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Camembert:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Camembert wheel in a small, oven-safe dish or baking paper-lined pan.
Score the top of the cheese with a crosshatch pattern to help it melt evenly.
Add the Toppings:
Sprinkle cranberries, pistachios, and thyme leaves over the top of the cheese. Drizzle with honey if desired.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
Serve:
Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices for dipping. Perfect for a festive appetizer!
