Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil for cooking
Optional Add-ins:

¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
¼ cup chopped mushrooms
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until everything is well combined.

Add Optional Veggies:
