Cast-Iron Skillet Kielbasa and Cheese Omelet

✅Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1/2 cup kielbasa sausage (diced)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)
✅Instructions:
Preheat the Skillet:

Place your cast-iron skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter and let it melt and become hot.
Cook the Kielbasa:

Add the diced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until it’s nicely browned and heated through, about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once done, remove the kielbasa from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Omelet Mixture:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) until well combined.
Cook the Omelet:

Wipe the skillet clean and add a little more oil or butter if needed. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting it to spread the eggs evenly.
Cook without stirring until the edges start to set, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the Filling:

Once the edges are set but the center is still slightly runny, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the eggs.
Distribute the cooked kielbasa evenly on top of the cheese.
Finish Cooking:

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set, about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:

Carefully slide the omelet onto a plate or serve directly from the skillet.
Garnish with chopped fresh chives or parsley for a touch of color and freshness.
Tips:
Cheese Options: Feel free to use other cheeses like Swiss, mozzarella, or a cheese blend based on your preference.
Add Vegetables: You can add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms to the kielbasa before adding it to the omelet for extra flavor and nutrition.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the omel
