Garlic Toast Meatball Skewers
π΄ Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (lean for juicy meatballs)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
1 egg
3 cloves garlic (minced) π§
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning πΏ
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 loaf of French bread (cut into 1-inch cubes)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
π Instructions:
Make the Meatballs π
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the Meatballs π₯
Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Bake meatballs for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked through and browned on the outside.
Prep the Garlic Toast Cubes π₯
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder.
Toss the bread cubes in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
Assemble the Skewers π’
Alternate meatballs and garlic toast cubes on each skewer (about 3 meatballs and 2 bread cubes per skewer).
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
