Potatoes in the Mississippi mud
Ingredients
6 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tasse de bacon, cuit et émietté
3 teaspoons of garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9×13 pan by lightly greaseing it.
In the prepared skillet, mix together diced potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon, minced garlic and chopped onion.
Add the mayonnaise to the potato mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Place the skillet in your preheated oven and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown on top.
