A rich, cheesy, and indulgent pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic sloppy cheeseburger with creamy, melted cheddar and mozzarella over tender elbow macaroni. Perfect for weeknight dinners or comfort food cravings!

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup heavy cream or milk

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Step 1: Cook the Beef Mixture

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.

3. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Step 2: Season and Simmer

1. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Combine Pasta and Sauce

1. Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the skillet and stir to coat it evenly in the beef sauce.

Step 4: Make It Cheesy

1. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream or milk for creaminess.

2. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and ½ cup of mozzarella, stirring until melted and combined.

Step 5: Top and Melt

1. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.

2. Cover the skillet and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
