Skillet steak gnocchi

Ingredients :
1 pound beef sirloin steak or sirloin steak
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 lbs of dried gnocchi wrapped up
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, to serve (optional)
Directions :
Slice the steak into bite size pieces. Cut off excess fat or hamstrings. Place the steak bites in a 1-gallon, sealable plastic bag or in a shallow bowl for the marinade.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to coat, cover or seal and refrigerate. Let it marinate 1 to 8 hours.
Carry a large pot of boiling water Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on package. Listen to them and book them.
Heat a large stove over medium heat. Using tongs, add half of the steak, leaving the marinade liquid aside. Cook, simmering from time to time, until steak strips are seared and golden brown. Remove them from the frying pan, reserve them and repeat the operation with the rest of the steak.
Put all the steaks back in the skillet Add the butter and crushed garlic. Let garlic sizzle for 1 minute. Add the gnocchi and simmer 3-5 minutes until slightly golden brown.
Serve hot, sprinkled with grated parmesan if you like.
