Blackened Steak Alfredo Flatbread
Ingredients:
1 flatbread or naan
1/2 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), seasoned with salt and blackened seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference. Remove from skillet and let rest, then slice thinly.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then layer on sliced steak and red onion.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley or basil before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, drizzle with a balsamic glaze or add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes!
