Savory Garlic Butter Steak Bites

1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
2 pounds steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Green onion, for garnish

Season the Steak Bites:

In a bowl, season the bite-sized steak pieces with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to coat evenly.
Cook the Steak:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil to the hot skillet, then add the steak in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned. Depending on your skillet size, you may need to cook the steak in batches. Once the steak is browned, remove it from the skillet.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Drain any excess liquid from the skillet. Add butter or ghee to the pan and melt. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Finish the Steak:

Add the steak bites back to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the steak in the garlic butter sauce. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Serve:

Garnish the steak bites with green onion and serve immediately. Enjoy this flavorful dish as a main course or pair it with your favorite sides.
