1/2 lb stir-fry beef
2 tosp oyster sauce
1 tosp brown sugar
1 tosp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tosp shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp peppercorns, crushed
1/2 bell peppers, cut in 1/2 inch squares
1/2 onion, cut in 1/2 inch squares
1 tosp vegetable oil
In a medium bowl add oyster sauce, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, brown sugar, peppercorn and then add in beef. Then add cornstarch and mix well.”
Over medium high heat add vegetable oil and then cook beef until browned about 1 minute on each side and then add in vegetables adding in any leftover marinade from beef. Cook until vegetables are softened. Serve over rice if you wish. Enjoy.
