Pork Chop Supreme

Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops (bone-in can be used; cook time will vary)
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
¼ cup milk
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 can cream of onion soup
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Potatoes: In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes evenly at the bottom.

Mix Soups: In a bowl, combine the cream of onion soup, milk, and French onion soup mix. Stir until well blended.

Sear Pork Chops: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Sear the chops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Assemble the Dish: Place the seared pork chops on top of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy your Pork Chop Supreme!
