Cheesy Beef Fiesta Wrap
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
2 tbsp salsa (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions, adding water as directed. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the beef is fully coated in the seasoning and the sauce thickens.
Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave until smooth and hot.
To assemble the wraps, lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce down the center of each tortilla.
Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the nacho cheese. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives (if using), and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a wrap.
Optional: Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
