Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup

This hearty Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup is a delicious and comforting meal perfect for any day of the week. The savory Italian sausage combined with creamy tomato broth and tender cheese tortellini makes this soup a family favorite.

**Ingredients**

– 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
– 1 (32 oz) container chicken broth
– 1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
– 2 (10.5 oz) cans tomato soup
– 2 (8 oz) containers chive and onion cream cheese spread (softened)
– 1 (18 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini (uncooked)
**Directions**
1. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned and no longer pink. Transfer the cooked sausage to the slow cooker.
2. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Stir in the cream cheese and cheese tortellini. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 to 30 minutes, until the tortellini is cooked through.
