Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Cheeseburger Egg Roll Filling:
1 tablespoon of olive oil to cook the ground beef
1 pound ground beef
1⁄4 cup diced yellow onion
1⁄3 teaspoon of salt
1⁄3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 ⁄2 tasse de ketchup
1⁄2 cup diced pickles
1 ⁄2 tasse de crumbles de bacon cuits
4 slices of American cheese
12 wraps egg roll
1⁄2 cup of cold water
1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil for brushing the egg rolls
Dipping Sauce Ingredients :
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 ⁄2 tasse de ketchup
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1⁄3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Make the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper and garlic power. Cover and chill in the fridge while you make the cheeseburger egg rolls.
Make the egg roll stuffing: In a medium skillet, add the olive oil, ground beef and onions. Cook over medium heat, breaking the ground beef into crumbles until ground beef is no longer pink and the onions are tender – about 10. minutes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, pickles, bacon crumbles and cheese, then stir until cheese is well blended and cheese has melted. Let simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth. The filling be thick Remove from heat.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Laying flat roll wrap and rubbing some water on outer edges. Add 2 tablespoons of beef mixture to middle packet. Roll up egg wrapper by folding bottom corner on beef, then fold outer edges left and right in, then roll up egg roll.
Brush the outside of your egg rolls with olive oil
Add egg rolls to the air fryer in a single layer and air fryer for 8-10 minutes, until soft. Flip egg rolls halfway through.
Remove egg rolls from air fryer, let cool, then enjoy with salt
