Beef Sausage Pasta Bake

– 500g beef sausages
– 300g pasta (penne or rigatoni works well)
– 500g jar pasta sauce
– 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Remove sausage meat from casings, crumble into a pan, and cook until browned.
4. Add pasta sauce to cooked sausage, heat through.
5. Combine pasta with sausage sauce mixture, ensuring pasta is coated.
6. Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with cheeses.
7. Bake 20-25 mins until cheese melts and browns.
8. Cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
