Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

3 lb. Beef brisket
24 oz. Chili sauce
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 Packet onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Season the brisket with salt and pepper to taste, and place it into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add the chili sauce, garlic powder, and onion soup mix to the slow cooker, and turn the beef over several times to coat it well and combine the ingredients.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours.
