Salisbury Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn

**Ingredients:**
– **For the Salisbury Steak:**
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
– **For the Gravy:**
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 tosp water
– Salt and pepper to taste
– **For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:**
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 tbsp butter
– Salt to taste
– **For the Corn:**
– 2 cups frozen corn kernels
– 1 tbsp butter
– Salt to taste
**Directions:**
1. **Salisbury Steak:**
– In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion. minced aarlic. Worcestershire sauce. salt. and pepper. Form into 4 oval patties.
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. **Gravy:**
– In the same skillet, add beef broth to the drippings.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to skillet. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
3. **Garlic Mashed Potatoes:**
– Boil potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
– Add minced garlic, milk, and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt
4. **Corn:**
– In a pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add corn and cook until heated through. Season with salt.
