𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 🌭

2 TBSP olive oil / vegetable oil
1 green pepper thinly sliced
1 red pepper thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2tsp garlic & ginger paste
600 gram tenderised steak, cut into strips
Grated cheddar cheese
8 bread rolls

Over medium heat, heat the oil.
Add peppers and onion
Cook, stirring often, until caramelised about 5 minutes.
Remove onions and peppers from pan and set aside.
Add steak to the same pan
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and ginger paste.
Cook until steak are soft about 30 – 40 minutes depending what cut you use
Return peppers and onions and toss to combine with steak.

Slit the rolls from the top. Do not cut through.
Fill with steak mixture
Sprinkle with grated cheese

Bake in preheated 180°C oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
