Tropical Pineapple Teriyaki Ribs
2 racks of pork baby back ribs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Pineapple slices and chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
