Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef, lean
1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
½ cup Sour Cream
1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
½ cup chopped green peppers
½ cup diced onions
1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed
4 flour tortilla wraps
Shredded lettuce

Directions:

1️⃣ In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once cooked thoroughly, drain any excess fat.

2️⃣ Add in the onions and green peppers to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 4 minutes until they start to soften.

3️⃣ Stir in the Taco seasoning packet to the beef mixture. Mix well to ensure the beef is fully coated with the seasoning.

4️⃣ In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce. Stir until well mixed.

5️⃣ Lay out the four flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

6️⃣ Top the nacho cheese layer with some of the seasoned beef mixture. Add a dollop of sour cream, some onions, green peppers, and a sprinkle of crushed Doritos over the beef.

7️⃣ Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly like a burrito.

8️⃣ Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down into the skillet. Toast the wraps until they are crispy on both sides.

9️⃣ Serve the Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps immediately, garnished with shredded lettuce and any of your favorite toppings.
