Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes

**Ingredients:**
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 hamburger buns
– 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

**Directions:**
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
3. Add onion, green bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
6. Toast hamburger buns until golden brown.
7. Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns, top with shredded provolone cheese, and cover with the bun tops.
