Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
This creamy and comforting beef stroganoff is easy to prepare in the crockpot, making it a delicious and low-effort meal for any night of the week.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 oz egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the browned beef, diced onion, minced garlic, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the onion is tender and the flavors have melded.
4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and cooked egg noodles. Let warm through.
