Grilled Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick, approximately 300 g each)
Coarse salt and pepper black freshly ground to taste
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
Take the ribeyes out of the fridge and let them reach room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking them.
Preheat your grill or cast iron skillet over high heat. Meanwhile, generously season both sides of the ribeyes with coarse salt and pepper black
Grease the olive oil over the ribeyes and place them on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium term, or until it reaches the desired cooking point.
While the ribeyes are cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and minced herbs and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Remove the ribeyes from the grill and let sit for about 5 minutes. Spray the garlic butter and herbs mixture over each steak before serving.
