Butterfinger Balls

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and crushed graham crackers. Stir until the mixture forms a thick dough-like consistency.
Using your hands or a spoon, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and completely melted.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the parchment-lined sheet.
Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.
Once set, serve and enjoy
