Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites

✅️Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites
1 lb (450g) fresh salmon, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil (or neutral cooking oil)

For the Bang Bang Sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

For Garnish
Chopped parsley or cilantro
Sprinkle of smoked paprika (optional)

✅️Instructions

1. Prepare the Salmon Bites
In a large bowl, season the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Salmon
Add the salmon cubes to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overcrowd.
Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

3. Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and well combined.

4. Coat the Salmon
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the crispy salmon bites or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce.

5. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley or cilantro on top for a pop of color.
Optionally, add a dash of smoked paprika for extra flavor and presentation.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or alongside steamed rice and veggies for a main dish.
