Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For the Potatoes:

1 lb baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potatoes:

In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and tender.
2. Prepare the Steak Bites:

While the potatoes are cooking, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
Once the potatoes are done, push them to one side of the air fryer basket. Add the steak bites to the other side.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is 135°F).
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice (if using).
4. Combine and Serve:

Once the steak bites and potatoes are done, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
These Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes are crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or appetizer!
