Cheesy Beef Bombs
Savory ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in golden biscuit dough, flavored with garlic and Parmesan. Perfect party food.
🔸️Ingredients
1 lb ground beef.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced.
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed.
1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands).
2 tbsp butter, melted.
1 tbsp parsley, chopped.
🔸️Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and cook until beef is fully cooked and garlic is fragrant. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese until evenly mixed with the beef.
Separate biscuit dough into pieces. Flatten each piece, place beef-cheese filling in center. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal completely.
Place bombs on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic powder on dough before baking.
These bombs are great for parties or as a snack.
