1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup heavy cream or milk
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Step 1: Cook the Beef Mixture
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
