✅️Brussels Sprouts with Honey and Bacon Glaze

A delightful mix of sweetness and savoriness, this dish is perfect as a side or a crowd-pleasing favorite.

🔸️Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts:

1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

↔️Bacon:

6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced into 1-inch pieces

↔️Glaze:

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

▶️Instructions

🔹️1. Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C).

🔹️2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.

🔹️3. Cook the Bacon:
Spread the bacon pieces on a separate baking sheet.

🔹️4. Roast:
Place both sheets in the oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender, and the bacon is crispy.

🔹️5. Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

🔹️6. Combine and Serve:
Mix the roasted Brussels sprouts and crispy bacon with the glaze in a serving dish. Serve hot and enjoy!
