Ingredients:
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Sear the Steak Bites:
– In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
– Add the sirloin steak cubes in a single layer, allowing them to sear without overcrowding the pan.
– Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is browned on all sides.
– Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

2. Cook the Garlic and Shrimp:
– In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
– Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
– Then, add the shrimp to the skillet; cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

3. Combine and Flavor:
– Return the seared steak bites back to the skillet with the shrimp.
– Sprinkle in the paprika, and then drizzle in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
– Season with salt and black pepper, then toss everything together to coat evenly.
– Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

4. Serve:
– Transfer the delicious mixture to a serving plate and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
– Enjoy as it is, or pair it with rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or a vibrant side salad for a complete meal.
