*✨Sheet Pan Gnocchi Steak Dinner✨
1. Take a large sheet pan and add a layer of foil. Then spray a little oil on the pan or cooking spray. 2. Take 12 oz of fresh green beans and add them to your pan along with 16 oz of mushrooms, and a 16 oz package of Gnocchi. 3. Add a stick of butter to a microwave safe dish and heat until melted. Then add a few tsps of garlic and herb seasoning to your melted butter. I also add 2-3 tsps of chili onion crunch. That is optional. 4. Spread half that butter mixture over your gnocchi and veggies. Put a little more on the Gnocchi. 5. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I did about 18 minutes. 6. While that is baking cut a flank or skirt steak into 4 pieces. Add a little oil to each and season heavily with salt and pepper. 7. When that sheet pan comes out of the oven add your steak pieces to the top then add the rest of the butter mixture to them and your veggies and gnocchi again. 8. Now broil for 7-8 minutes. 9. After the first 7-8 minutes take the sheet pan out and flip the steaks and add 1-2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese to your gnocchi and veggies. 10. Broil another 7-8 minutes. 11. Let the steaks cool down a bit before slicing. 12.
