CROCKPOT BEEF TIPS & NOODLES

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz egg noodles
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef Tips: In the crockpot, add cubed beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors have melded together.

Thicken the Sauce: For a thicker gravy, add the cornstarch mixture during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Stir well, cover, and allow it to thicken.

Cook the Noodles: In a pot of boiling salted water, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Serve: Spoon the beef tips and gravy over the cooked noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.

Helpful Tip: Serve with a side of crusty bread or a green salad for a complete meal!
