Grilled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:

🥩 1 Ribeye steak

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧄 Optional: garlic powder or crushed garlic

🫒 Olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat Grill 🔥 – Get your grill nice and hot for a good sear!

2. Season the Steak 🧂 – Rub the ribeye with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional garlic on both sides.

3. Grill It 🍖 – Place the steak on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.

4. Rest ⏲️ – Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.

🥔 Loaded Baked Potato

Ingredients:

🥔 1 large potato

🧂 Salt

🧈 Butter

🥓 Bacon bits

🧀 Shredded cheese

🥄 Sour cream

🌿 Chopped green onions

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven 🔥 – Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prep Potato 🥔 – Wash the potato, dry it, and poke a few holes with a fork. Rub with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

3. Bake It ⏲️ – Bake for 45-60 minutes or until soft inside.

4. Top It Off 🧈🥓🧀🥄 – Slice open the potato, add butter, bacon bits, shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
