Instructions:ππ
Season the Steaks:
Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Let them rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Make the Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Mix well and set aside.
Cook the Steaks:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is very hot, add the steaks.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare (cook longer if you prefer a different doneness).
During the last minute of cooking, add the herb butter mixture to the pan, spooning it over the steaks as it melts.
Rest and Serve:
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steaks and serve with any remaining herb butter spooned over the top.
This Herb Butter Steak pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad. Enjoy the rich flavors!
