Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
– 4 lobster tails (6 oz each)
– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 lemons, juiced
– 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rinse lobster tails and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add lobster tails to skillet, shell side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until shells start to turn red.
5. Flip lobster tails and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Transfer lobster tails to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. In same skillet, add remaining 6 tbsp butter, lemon juice, white wine (if using), and heavy cream. Stir until butter melts and sauce is smooth.
8. Stir in parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
9. Brush sauce evenly over lobster tails.
10. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
11. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Optional:
– For an extra rich sauce, add 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
– For a spicy kick, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
Tips:
– Use high-quality lobster tails for best flavor.
– Don’t overcook lobster, as it becomes tough.
– Serve with steamed vegetables or a side salad.
