Homemade Reuben Bake
Ingredients:
– 1 loaf of rye bread, cubed
– 1 pound corned beef, sliced
– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
– 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
– 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Bread Layer:
– Place the cubed rye bread evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
3. Layer the Ingredients:
– On top of the bread, layer the sliced corned beef evenly.
