Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

Perfect for a comforting, Ingredients 🛒 1 lb ground chicken 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping) 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing) Directions 👩‍🍳 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 individual meatloaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the meatloaves are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
