Steak and Cheese Skillet ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients ๐Ÿ“‹

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions ๐Ÿฅฃ

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese over the steak and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
