FULLY LOADED PIZZA

Pizza Dough INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups flour plus extra if needed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp of yeast
1 tsp oregano or basil
1/2 tsp salt..

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the warm water in the bowl of your electric mixer with dough attachment. Dough can be mixed by hand as well.
2. Add the flour and all the other ingredients.
knead for about five mins.
3. Remove and place dough in a well floured surface.
4. Continue to knead it until it comes together.
5. Place dough in a greased bowl, brush the top with oil and cover with a damp cloth until it doubles in size approx one hour.
6. Place dough on your greased pizza pan and stretch it with your hands
7. Base the dough with pizza sauce and dress it with your desired toppings.
I used cheese, chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, pineapple and olives.
Bake at 350 deg F for 20 mins. Enjoy!
