Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients You’ll Need:
Ground beef (1 lb, cooked and drained)
Egg roll wrappers (12)
Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
Dill pickles (1/2 cup, chopped)
Onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
Mustard (2 tosp)
Ketchup (2 tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
How to Make It:
Cook the ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, and drain any excess fat.
§ In a bowl, mix the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup.
Lay out the egg roll wrappers, and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each.
Fold the wrappers according to package instructions, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
• Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer and fry the egg rolls until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with extra ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce!
