Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs pork ribs
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 6 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
– Fresh chopped green onions (for garnish)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place ribs in a large baking dish and rub evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
4. Drizzle vegetable oil over the marinated ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
5. Remove foil, increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until ribs are golden brown and caramelized.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
