**Fried Cheesecake**
*Ingredients:*
– 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup flour
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
– Oil for frying
– Powdered sugar for dusting
*Directions:*
1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and roll them in crushed graham crackers.
3. Freeze the balls for at least 2 hours.
4. Prepare a dredging station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
5. Roll each frozen cheesecake ball in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
6. Freeze the breaded balls again for at least 1 hour.
7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
8. Fry the cheesecake balls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
9. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
